123LiveStore Platform Customer Dashboard User Guide
This User Guide is specifically for 123LiveStore.com customers who have purchased a 123LiveStore WaaS Template to create their business website.
It covers all 14 sidebar menu options shown in the dashboard and explains what each one is for, when to use it, and what you can usually do there.
Accessing the Customer Dashboard
To access the Customer Dashboard, you must first log in to 123LiveStore. Once logged in, click on the profile image/username link on the top right of the navigation bar and select 'Dashboard' as shown below:

What The Dashboard Is For
Your dashboard is your personal control area inside 123LiveStore.
Use it to:
1. Manage your account details.
2. Check wallet activity and requests.
3. View your H.I.P. network and bonus reports.
4. Review orders, downloads, premium content, and coupons.
5. Manage listings, messages, and notifications.
6. Set up your website if you purchased a WaaS package.
How The Sidebar Works
Some sidebar items open a page directly.
Some sidebar items expand to show extra links underneath them.

1. My Account
What it is:
The main area for your personal account settings.
Use it for:
1. Viewing and updating your profile.
2. Updating your shipping information.
3. Changing your password.
4. Deactivating your account.
Sub-items in this section:
1. Account Profile
View your saved personal details and basic account information.
2. Shipping Info
Check or update your saved shipping address details.
3. Change Password
Update your login password.
4. Deactivate Account
Permanently deactivate your account if you no longer want to use it.
Tip:
Use this section whenever your personal details or login details need attention.
2. My e-Wallet
What it is:
Your personal wallet area for balance, transactions, withdrawals, and top-up requests.
Use it for:
1. Checking your wallet balance.
2. Reviewing your wallet transaction history.
3. Requesting a withdrawal.
4. Submitting a wallet top-up request.
5. Tracking the status of your own top-up requests.
Sub-items in this section:
1. Account Summary
Shows your wallet balance and summary numbers such as credits, debits, and processed withdrawals.
2. Transactions Report
Shows your wallet transaction history with filters and totals.
3. Request Withdrawal
Lets you submit a withdrawal request from your wallet balance.
4. Top-up e-Wallet
Lets you submit a top-up request so staff can credit your wallet after funds are received.
5. My Top-up Requests
Lets you track the status of your submitted top-up requests.

If the issue is about money inside your user wallet, start here.
3. The H.I.P. System
What it is:
Your personal H.I.P. area for network tracking, bonus reports, and landing pages.
Use it for:
1. Viewing your H.I.P. network.
2. Checking paid and unpaid bonus reports.
3. Reviewing possible future forfeitures.
4. Accessing landing pages connected to your H.I.P. activity.
Sub-items in this section:
1. My H.I.P. Network
Shows leads where you are the upline, with simple filters.
2. Paid Bonuses Report
Shows bonuses already paid to you.
3. Unpaid Bonuses Report
Shows unpaid daily bonus amounts that may still be due.
4. Forfeiture Forecast
Shows forecasted bonus losses if expiry conditions are approaching.
5. Landing Pages
Shows available landing pages for lead capture and related activity.

Use this section to monitor your network growth and bonus performance.
4. My Orders
What it is:
Your order history page.
Use it for:
1. Reviewing past purchases.
2. Checking order dates and totals.
3. Opening order details for a specific order.
Tip:
If you need to confirm what you bought, when you bought it, or what was included, this is the place to check.
5. Set Up My Website
What it is:
The WaaS setup page for users who purchased a website package.
Use it for:
1. Entering your main website domain.
2. Saving the setup details for your purchased website.
3. Starting deployment if your order is eligible.
Tip:
Use this only if you purchased a website/template package that includes site setup.
6. My Downloads
What it is:
Your download library for eligible digital purchases.
Use it for:
1. Accessing downloadable files tied to your orders.
2. Reviewing which digital items were granted to you.
Tip:
If you bought a digital product and need the file again, check here.
7. My Premium Content
What it is:
Your access page for premium pages available to your user groups.
Use it for:
1. Seeing which protected content you currently have access to.
2. Opening premium pages included with your membership, purchase, or account group.
Tip:
If content is restricted to members or buyers, this page helps you find what you are entitled to access.
8. The Academy
What it is:
The learning and knowledge area.
Use it for:
1. Opening the Academy knowledge vault.
2. Browsing educational or training content.
Tip:
Use this when you want learning materials, guides, or structured educational content.
9. Product Reviews
What it is:
Your review management page for purchased items.
Use it for:
1. Seeing which purchased items can be reviewed.
2. Writing a new review.
3. Editing an existing review when editing is still allowed.
Tip:
If you want to leave feedback on something you bought, start here instead of looking for the product page manually.
10. My Coupons
What it is:
Your coupon list.
Use it for:
1. Viewing currently applicable coupons.
2. Checking how often you have already used a coupon.
3. Reviewing coupon validity while they are active.
Tip:
Check this before checkout if you want to know whether you already have a valid discount available.
11. My LiveStore Listings
What it is:
Your listing management area.
Use it for:
1. Viewing your listings.
2. Adding a new listing if your subscription and credits allow it.
3. Editing, submitting, or deleting your listings.
Tip:
If you use LiveStore listings as part of your subscription, this is your main workspace for them.
12. My Messages
What it is:
Your support and conversation inbox.
Use it for:
1. Viewing your conversations.
2. Starting a new message thread.
3. Replying to existing conversations.
4. Following up on order-related questions.
Tip:
Use this when you need direct back-and-forth communication with the team.
13. Notifications
What it is:
Your notification center.
Use it for:
1. Viewing all notifications.
2. Checking order-related updates.
3. Viewing promotion-related notifications.
4. Marking notifications as read or deleting read items.

Shows every notification linked to your account.
2. Order Updates
Shows notifications specifically related to orders and order status changes.

14. Logout
What it is:
The sign-out option.
Use it for:
1. Ending your current session safely.

Here is a simple way most users will use the dashboard:
1. Start with My Account if you need to update personal or shipping details.
